These are not the droids you're looking for

This is, as I call it, Sophie's Jedi sweater. It's the first sweater that I have made and while it still requires some finishing touches, I'm proud. The yarn was beautiful to work with and the pattern was so easy.

And she looks adorable, just in time for fall.

Nice sweater, AM. I once made a scarf but it curled up into a tube - like a snake. When I wore it, I looked like I was being strangled. No more knitting for me.

I am working on my first sweater too (I don't count the one I make for my teddy bear when I was 8). This one has taken over a year (yes, I am related to Katie and Mom, but it is not evident by my knitting skills....)

Anyway, it is something to be proud of!

Your jedi mind tricks will not work on me...only your devilishly cute smile.

Sophie, Yoda one for me.

After finally seeing Star Wars for the first time... EVER... last year, I can now, along with the rest of the human race, say oh.... I get it! And she's adorable as a Jedi.
