AM: No sweetheart, that woman isn't a nun, she's just wearing a head covering because she believes she needs to cover her hair.
S: No. She's a nun.
A: Is Ms. Dorothy a nun? (Ms. Dorothy is one of the Director's of her daycare and wears a head covering)
S: (laughs) NO!
A: Well, neither is that women.
***prolonged silence***
S: Men AND Women can be nuns.
A: No, women are nuns. Men who share that lifestyle are called monks.
S: Yes, chipmunks.
A: No, not chipmunks. They're not animals, they're men.
S: (very matter of fact).......but they LOOK like chipmunks.
